By using Dress the Part, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use Dress the Part
You must be at least 13 years old. If you create an account, keep your email secure; you're responsible for what's posted from your account.
Posting fits
When you post a fit:
- Post only photos you took or have permission to share.
- Don't post photos of other people unless they've agreed to it, and never post photos of minors.
- No nudity, hate, harassment, violence, spam or advertising.
You keep ownership of your photos. By posting, you give Dress the Part permission to display, resize and share your post on the site and in promoting it, until you delete it or your account.
We review every post before it appears and may decline or remove any post, or close any account, that breaks these rules. You can report a post using the Report link on it.
Outfit advice and store links
Dress code guidance on Dress the Part is general advice, not a guarantee of what any host expects. When in doubt, check with the host. Store links and prices are provided for convenience; prices change often, and purchases are between you and the store. Some links may earn us a commission.
No warranty
Dress the Part is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Dress the Part and delete your account anytime from the Account page.
